Dear Access Partners:

For those who attended the workshop entitled, “Understanding Experiences with Mental Illness 
and Customer Service,” thank you. The feedback form link was sent out to the participants 
today. Please share your feedback; we plan to share it with the presenters. 
 
Here are the upcoming Access Partners workshops or related activities: 
Create Accessible Forms and Documents for academic advisors. 
This workshop will be offered in conjunction with IT Accessible Technology Services and Office 
for Student Success. It will be held in early March. More details will follow later. 

 “Creating a diverse environment for all people including individuals with disabilities” (tentative 
title) with Nina G. Monday, March 21, 10:00 -11:30 a.m. in UC 326-327.  
This workshop is sponsored by Rural Institute. Nina G is a stuttering stand-up comedian, 
speaker, author, and producer. Her presentation will focus on positive interactions with people 
with disabilities and creating an inclusive campus environment. 

Mansfield Library accessible services tour 
Mansfield Library will offer a library tour to highlight its accessibility services include alternative 
format conversion of books that the library owns, purchasing captioned media (such as DVD) 
for faculty, and support services that the library offers to students with disabilities and 
employees with disabilities. The dates and times will be announced soon. 

Lastly, the Access Partners Listserv is to share your ideas, thoughts, information with other 
Access Partners in order to create a more inclusive and positive campus environment. Please 
use this Listserv as your tool. If you have a difficulty posting your comments to the Listserv,
