You can send a single document as an attachment in an email to [log in to unmask]  
You will receive two real-text documents back within a few minutes: a rich-text format and a pdf.  
However, sometimes they become too large during conversion to be sent back as an attachment.  

OCR folders are provided for your department's convenience when converting groups of 
documents and larger documents from image-based documents to text-based documents.  
Department folders (ocr-unprocessed and ocr_completed) are created and assigned to a UM 
Active Direcctory (AD) group.
